Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supply chain management, planning, or program management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects concurrently.
• 5+ years’ experience with inventory management systems (WMS/ERP).

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end material sequencing strategy aligned to BOMs and schedules.
• Coordinate vendor lead times, transport, and delivery with project milestones.
• Maintain real-time inventory visibility across sequencing centers and field sites.
• Evaluate and implement inventory planning systems; design workflows with IT.
• Design the material operations tech stack (RFID, automated delivery, integration).
• Manage material flow from centers to sites, matching cadence to crew deployment.
• Create standard work for receiving, cycle counts, and accountability.
• Drive analytics and AI-enabled forecasting to reduce schedule risk.
