5+ years of supply chain management, planning, strategic sourcing or program management experience.
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
5+ years of experience with inventory management systems (WMS, ERP, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

Develop the end-to-end material sequencing strategy aligned to BOM requirements.
Coordinate with Supply Chain, Procurement, and Logistics to align lead times and schedules.
Own inventory visibility across sequencing centers and field sites using WMS/ERP data.
Evaluate and implement inventory management and enterprise planning systems.
Design the material operations technology stack and ensure system interoperability.
Manage material flow from sequencing centers to field sites and staging logistics.
Develop inventory standard work including receiving protocols and cycle counts.
Drive continuous improvement through analytics, forecasting, dashboards and reviews.
