Job summary

On-Board PMO, Incorporated seeks a Manufacturing Material Mover at Washington, WV. This full-time, long-term role supports production with forklift operation, packaging, and loading/unloading duties on a 12-hour rotating swing shift (6:30am–6:30pm).

You’ll work in a safety-focused environment with opportunities for overtime, benefits, and career growth within a premier manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or farming preferred.
• Pass drug screening and background check prior to starting.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 55 pounds repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Strictly adhere to all safety standards.
• Operate forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and other powered devices.
• Meet production goals and quality expectations.
• Inspect materials, products, and equipment for conformance and packaging.
