Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• 1-3+ years of data entry or data evaluation experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP/ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review, evaluate, and process new material requests for warehouse inventory into material master data records in the appropriate inventory management system(s).
• Review, evaluate, and process requests for changes to existing material master data records in the appropriate inventory management system(s).
• Perform steps during the material master data create process to prevent duplicates and standardize descriptions and classifications.
• Initiate requests for additional information from stakeholders to ensure accuracy and searchability of data.
• Support data quality improvements and continuous improvement efforts in material master processes.
• Provide data support to stakeholders and business partners regarding material master data processes.
• Perform data analysis for metrics reporting, duplicate data reviews, and ad-hoc requests.
