Job summary

PARR is seeking a Load Builder in Marysville, WA to safely assemble loads for drivers and assist with inventory. You will read tickets and invoices, identify materials, and load trucks with a forklift, while maintaining accuracy and yard safety.

Qualifications

• OSHA forklift license required.
• Knowledge of receiving/inventory control principles and procedures.
• Knowledge of dimension lumber and panel products and other building materials.
• Ability to read and interpret "pick tickets" and invoices.
• Ability to concentrate and attend to detail amidst a busy work environment.

Responsibilities

• Build safe and efficient loads by correctly reading "pick tickets" and invoices.
• Read SKUs and identify material types to accurately build loads.
• Load and off-load trucks with building materials using a forklift.
• Complete inventory adjustments.
• Stock and store inventory properly.
• Maintain yard cleanliness and safety procedures.
• Assist customer service to fill orders for walk-in customers.
