Job summary

L.K. Jordan & Associate is seeking a detail-oriented Material Coordinator in Northeast Austin, TX to support the Dropship team. The role focuses on processing orders, tracking materials, and maintaining accurate inventory records with heavy use of Excel and SAP.

The position is Monday–Friday, 8am to 5pm, with some warehouse activity but not heavy physical labor. Candidates should be organized, accurate, and able to perform repetitive computer-based tasks.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.
• Experience with material coordination, inventory or warehouse administration.
• Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP system preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to perform repetitive computer-based tasks.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Process goods receipts, goods issues, and stock transactions.
• Process and track orders for the Dropship team in computer systems.
• Monitor material movement related to work orders, POs, deliveries.
• Maintain inventory records in SAP and other systems.
• File and maintain material-related documents.
• Create and maintain inventory lists.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory levels.
• Review data and documentation for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Communicate with internal teams about material availability, orders, deliveries.
• Perform other material coordination and administrative duties as needed.
