Job summary

Applied Materials in Austin, TX is seeking a Material Coordinator to support inventory operations and material flow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will locate, move, and verify parts, update records, and ensure timely delivery to production and the cleanroom.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Locates, audits and transfers kits or materials; may drop off at vendor sites and operate a van or truck.
• Performs cycle counts to verify and maintain inventory; identifies nonconforming material.
• Receives parts and updates inventory records; may use SAP or Oracle for transactions.
• Purge stock of excess/obsolete material and coordinate rework or scrap as needed.
• Operates forklifts and other material handling equipment; ensures safety standards are followed.
• Prepares material for delivery to the cleanroom environment.
