Job summary

Tennant Company is seeking a Manufacturing Lead in Minnesota to provide daily direction on the shop floor, lead shifts in supervision gaps, and drive continuous improvement across safety, quality and delivery. You will work closely with the technical team and cell captains to address bottlenecks and issues efficiently.

• Manufacturing experience; Tennant Company experience preferred.
• Experience leading teams preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily work direction and prioritize workload.
• Lead shift in absence of supervision.
• Communicate effectively with team to meet department goals.
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve bottlenecks and problems.
• Act as primary contact for shop floor issues; escalate as needed.
• Monitor metrics for safety, quality, delivery, cost and engagement.
• Collaborate with technical team to drive improvements.
• Attend start-of-shift meetings daily and support cell captains.
