Responsibilities

• Provide daily work direction and prioritize workload within their area of responsibility.
• Act as primary contact point for issues on the shop floor and escalate as needed.
• Monitor key metrics to assess safety, quality, delivery, cost and engagement.
• Lead effective Tier 1 meetings to drive daily performance and improvement.
• Audit in-process quality and drive reduced scrap and rework.
