NewView Oklahoma is seeking a Material Handler / General Laborer for the Utah Box Reclamation at Hill AFB. The role involves inspecting boxes for damage, ensuring proper packaging, preparing boxes for painting, and applying fresh paint to cover shipping labels.

Reports to Site Supervisor and is full-time, non-exempt. Candidates should have a high school diploma, general labor experience preferred, ability to pass security clearance, and awareness that legally blind or low vision candidates are

Position Summary:

Inspect boxes for damage, ensure boxes have all parts (foam inserts, etc.). Paints boxes and cover labels.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

1. Inspect boxes for damage.
2. Ensure boxes have appropriate packaging such as foam inserts or other packaging materials.
3. Prepare boxes for painting.
4. Paints boxes to cover all previous shipping or mailing labels.
5. May serve as back-up support to the Utah IRS Mailroom as needed.

1. Must wear the protective equipment required by the department.
2. Must follow all company policies and procedures including departmental safety policies.
3. Performs all other duties as assigned.
4. Responsible for providing materials and storage of finished goods to all workstations.
5. Ensures that workstations are not waiting for supplies, materials, and storage of materials. Ensure lines are always moving.
