Job summary

EVERSANA is seeking to fill a Warehouse Associate/Team Lead role at our Memphis distribution center. The position supports the Supervisor in ensuring efficient order processing, picking, packing, and shipping per SOPs, and requires certification on EVERSANA Mobile powered industrial vehicles.

Primary duties include maintaining safety standards, conducting inventory checks, and communicating issues to leadership while supporting a diverse and inclusive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced distribution warehouse environment or stock room.
• Ability to follow instructions and work hours (40 hrs/week) with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a safe operational environment and complete pre/post lift truck checklists.
• Follow SOPs controlling order fulfillment and material flow in specialized areas.
• Perform end of shift inventory checks and communicate obstacles to supervisors.
• Adhere to client pack-out SOPs and ensure accurate documentation.
• Assist Supervisor/Manager with tasks and maintain zero-defect performance.
• Demonstrate diversity, equity and inclusion in daily work and leadership behaviors.
