Responsibilities

• Load/unload and move product within the warehouse.
• Perform order selection/picking and staging.
• Process returns, including basic clerical/record tasks as needed.
• Use hand-operated pallet jacks for most loading activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Support the team by rotating across tasks (loading, selection, returns).

You’ll be part of a small, team-oriented warehouse where associates rotate between loading, order selection, and returns processing to keep work varied and support daily operations.

About the Role

Bright Star is addingthree Material Handlerteam members due to current staffing shortages and upcoming absences. This role supports day-to-day warehouse operations including loading, order selection, and processing returns. The team is small (about 8 employees), and the work is physically active—ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy and contributing to a team.

Pay Rate:

• Starting pay: $20/hr

Available Shift Times

• Most of the month:8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
• Final week of the month:6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (to support increased product-processing volume)

Key Responsibilities

• Load/unload and move product within the warehouse
• Perform order selection/picking and staging
• Process returns, including basic clerical/record tasks as needed
• Use hand-operated pallet jacks for most loading activities
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Support the team by rotating across tasks (loading, selection, returns)
