Job summary

Integrity Staffing Solutions is seeking a Package Handler in Bethel, PA, to support offloading, sorting, and loading packages in a brand-new warehouse facility. This temp-to-hire role requires safety focus and teamwork to meet daily production goals while staying fluent in English.

Responsibilities include unloading trailers, sorting by destination, and loading vehicles with accuracy. The position offers a clear path to permanent employment and competitive weekly pay with substantial benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to stay on your feet for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to work in hot/cold warehouse conditions (seasonal temperature changes).
• Ability to regularly lift/push/pull/move packages averaging 50 lbs and occasionally up to 75 lbs.
• Basic English proficiency (spoken and written) to understand safety and operational instructions.

We’re looking for aPackage Handlerto join a dynamic, growing operation inBethel, PA in a brand new warehouse facility. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, stays safety-focused, and takes pride in helping a team hit daily production goals. Candidates must read, write, and speak English fluently.

Pay Rate

up to $21/hour

Available Shifts

Schedule Options: 6:30 PM – 11:30 PM

• Monday – Thursday:$20.00/hour
• Friday – Sunday:$21.00/hour
• Shifts may be extended based on business needs.

About the Role

As a Package Handler, you are a key part of the operations team—supporting the offloading, sorting, and loading of packages for distribution. You’ll help keep the warehouse running smoothly by working safely, moving with urgency, and maintaining accuracy.
