Job summary

IntelliSource, a leading outsourcing solutions provider, seeks a Warehouse Associate in South Carolina. You will move materials within dock spaces and warehouses, use pallet jacks and forklifts, and support outbound shipments. Training initially Monday–Friday 8:00–4:30, then 12:00–00:00 with Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday shifts.

Pay is $21.50 per hour. We emphasize safety, accurate inventory records, and compliance with PPE and company SOPs in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Experience in manufacturing/warehouse environment preferred.
  • Familiarity with PPE and safety regulations.
  • Basic computer skills and inventory software familiarity.
  • Ability to follow SOPs and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Keep storage areas organized and safe per standards.
  • Dispatch goods and verify shipments for outbound orders.
  • Receive inbound shipments of materials and equipment.

  • Promote a culture of safety and proper PPE use.

Job description

Schedule:

We need someone who can complete training Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. After training, the schedule will be 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM, working either Sunday through Wednesday or Wednesday through Saturday, with alternating Wednesdays.

Pay - $21.50/hour

Responsibilities will include:
  • Efficiently move materials within the dock space and the warehouse on wheels, to production areas, and onto vehicles using pallet jacks and forklifts.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate records, ensuring materials are logged and tracked.
  • Keep the storage areas organized, maintaining a safe and tidy work environment in line with company standards and safety regulations.
  • Dispatch goods, verify shipments, and prepare items for shipment, contributing to the smooth operation of the supply chain.
  • Receive inbound shipments of raw materials, maintenance parts, and engineering equipment from suppliers
  • Follow established material flow strategies to improve operational efficiency and minimize downtime.
  • Support and model quality control practices to ensure materials meet production and safety standards.
  • Foster a culture of safety and compliance, with a strong focus on the safe use of production and material-handling equipment.
Desired Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial environment preferred
  • Familiarity with hazardous material handling practices.
  • Experience working in required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety shoes, hard hats, disposable coveralls, and Powered Air-Purifying Respirators (PAPRs)
  • Basic computer skills and comfort using systems such as HMIs, tablets, or inventory and production tracking software
  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and quality standards
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety, quality, and accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced, continuously operating environment
  • Willingness to learn new processes, equipment, and technologies through on-the-job training
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and provide clear updates or feedback as needed.
  • Reliable and dependable, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, or overtime as needed.
