Job summary

Integrity Staffing Solutions in Aberdeen, MD is hiring MHE Operators – Cherry Picker/Order Pickers to support a French retailer. Earn up to $20/hr with weekly pay and temp-to-hire after 420 hours; first and second shifts available with overtime during peak periods.

You will safely operate cherry picker equipment, pick and stage products, use RF scanners, maintain housekeeping, and meet safety rules. Benefits from day one include medical, dental and vision, telemedicine, and career growth

Responsibilities

• Operate cherry picker equipment safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse.
• Pick, pull, stage, and move products according to order requirements.
• Use RF scanners or warehouse systems to track inventory and complete orders accurately.
• Load, unload, stack, and organize materials in designated locations.
• Perform equipment safety checks and report any maintenance concerns.

We’re looking for MHE Operators – Cherry Picker/Order Pickers to work with our client in Aberdeen, MD! Earn up to $20/hr. Our client is a French multinational retailer of personal care and beauty products with nearly 340 brands, along with its own private label. They are a world-renowned distributor and retailer.

These are temp-to-hire positions – convert to a full-time employee after 420 hours of work!

Pay Rate:

Variable Depending on Shift

Available Shift Times:

• First Shift - Mon- Thurs -Mon-Thurs 5am to 3:30pm, OTs are available as voluntary
• Second Shift: Mon-Thurs – 4:00pm - 2:30am and mandatory OT on Fridays during peak

About the Role:

This role is responsible for safely operating cherry picker equipment to pick, move, stage, and organize products throughout the facility while maintaining accuracy, productivity, and a clean work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow all Company, state and OSHA safety rules, policies, and regulations to ensure safe working practices, including proper work attire report safety violations and potential safety violations to appropriate supervisory or management personnel.
• Comply with all Company Loss Prevention policies and procedures, including proper work attire.
• Maintain regular and acceptable attendance as set by company.
• Operate cherry picker equipment safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse.
• Pick, pull, stage, and move products according to order requirements.
• Use RF scanners or warehouse systems to track inventory and complete orders accurately.
• Load, unload, stack, and organize materials in designated locations.
• Perform equipment safety checks and report any maintenance concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Must be able to lift to 50 lbs.

Key Requirements:

• Previous cherry picker or order picker experience required.
• Ability to work safely at heights while using powered industrial equipment.
• Comfortable lifting, bending, standing, walking, and moving throughout the shift.
• Ability to follow directions, meet productivity goals, and work as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Must be reliable and able to maintain consistent attendance.
• Ability to operate RF terminals to successfully receive, pick and replenish product in the warehouse
• Basic math skills and demonstrate an ability to match numbers.
• Ability to be cross-trained in receiving, pick, pack, put-away and shipping processes.
• Possess a positive and enthusiastic demeanor.
