Future Opportunities – Experienced Material Handlers (Air Freight Export – Forklift exp.)

Pay by Shift:

1. 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM – $20.00/hr
2. 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM – $22.00/hr
3. 3rd Shift (9:00 PM – 5:30 AM) – $23.00/hr

Kelly Services is proactively building a talent pipeline for upcoming Material Handler roles in Gardena, CA. These contract roles will support air freight export operations and offer a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience with a global logistics leader.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment in compliance with safety standards
2. Handle and prepare air freight export shipments
3. Load, unload, and sort freight efficiently
4. Use scanners and basic tracking systems to manage inventory
5. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Requirements:

1. Recent forklift experience; certification highly preferred
2. Prior experience with air freight exports is a plus
3. Must be able to pass TSA background check (required for export handling)
4. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
5. Dependable with immediate availability
