Job description

We are now hiring / have immediate openings for Material Handlers at a stable and busy Manufacturing company steady hours, and excellent opportunities for growth! The Material Handler will handle all receiving, inventory maintenance, and production pulls for raw materials

Job Description:

• Manage storage, organization, and distribution of raw materials and finished goods.
• Track and maintain inventory levels; label, record, and report shortages.
• Pull and verify materials for production based on work orders.
• Handle returns and verify materials by codes and quantities.
• Prepare products for shipment, including packing, loading, and securing.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely.
• Conduct pre-use equipment inspections and report maintenance needs via MaintainX.
• Keep warehouse, inventory areas, and equipment clean and orderly.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and guidelines.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of material handling experience in a manufacturing plant environment, preferably with the aerospace industry.
• Experience coordinating production pulls based on production orders.
• At least an intermediate level of expertise using Excel
• Working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems
