Job summary

Olsten staffing services is hiring a Material Handler in Lake City, SC. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM with a wage of $12.00–$13.00 per hour.

You will load/unload goods, operate material handling equipment, and ensure a safe, organized workspace within a recycling operations environment. Responsibilities include moving materials, inspecting for non-recyclables, aiding inventory counts, and reporting issues.

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual attendance.
• Warehouse or material handling experience preferred.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and safety-minded.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, conveyors, and balers (if certified).
• Move materials throughout the facility.
• Inspect materials and remove non-recyclable items.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow company safety and environmental guidelines.
