You will monitor inventory, manage Kanban flow, coordinate with production leads on daily schedules, and maintain accurate records of material movement.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, material handling, or warehouse operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels of parts and supplies and notify when restocking is required.
• Manage Kanban process to maintain stocking levels.
• Deliver materials, tools, and components to designated production areas to sustain workflow.
• Replenish assembly and welding stations with components and materials.
• Maintain accurate records of material movement and usage.
• Coordinate with production leads to prioritize deliveries based on daily schedules.
• Maintain organized, safe work areas and follow PPE and OSHA procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to material flow and process efficiency.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to assist the production team.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Material Handler to support our production operations. The ideal candidate will ensure materials, components, and supplies are delivered to the right workstations at the right time to keep manufacturing lines running smoothly. This role is essential in maintaining efficiency, minimizing downtime, and supporting team productivity across departments.

Position Responsibilities:

• Monitor inventory levels of parts and supplies, notifying supervisors or Team Leaders when restocking is required
• Manage supermarket inventory and Kanban process to maintain stocking levels
• Deliver materials, tools, and components to designated production areas as needed to maintain workflow
• Replenish assembly and welding stations with components and materials
• Maintain accurate records of material movement and usage
• Coordinating with production leads to prioritizing deliveries based on daily schedules
• Ensure work areas remain organized and free of clutter to promote safety and efficiency
• Follow all company safety procedures, including the proper use of PPE and adherence to OSHA standards
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to material flow and process efficiency
• Perform additional duties as assigned to assist the production team

• Prior experience in manufacturing, material handling, or warehouse operations

• Ability to lift and transport materials weighing up to 50 lbs
