Advanced Industries LLC, a long-standing manufacturer of aluminum and steel products, is seeking a Material Handler in Missouri. You will move materials, load/unload shipments, and maintain accurate inventory in a fast-paced facility. You may work indoors and outdoors, depending on tasks, with attention to safety and teamwork.

The role requires forklift experience, strong attendance, and the ability to lift heavy items. Schedules typically run 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment drug screen is required.
• Forklift operation experience is required (1 year).
• Excellent attendance and reliability.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work physically.

Responsibilities

• Transport materials between plant locations and storage areas.
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely.
• Perform receiving duties and check-in incoming items.
• Load/unload materials for processing and shipping.
• Maintain accurate inventory documentation and accountability.
• Inspect equipment and report maintenance as needed.

Material Handler:

As a Material Handler, you will play an important role in supporting daily manufacturing operations by safely transporting materials, handling incoming and outgoing shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory flow throughout our facilities. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, dependable attendance, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

• Transport materials between plant locations.
• Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, and other seasonal elements
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform receiving duties, including unloading trucks, checking in incoming products, tagging materials, and storing items in designated locations.
• Load and unload materials and finished products for processing and shipment.
• Maintain accurate documentation and product accountability throughout the handling process.
• Conduct daily equipment and vehicle safety inspections and report maintenance or repair needs promptly.
• Follow all company safety procedures and properly utilize required PPE at all times.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and actively support 6S and continuous improvement efforts.
• Perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, walking, bending, squatting, reaching, and lifting 44 lbs. independently and 88 lbs. with team assistance.
• Typical schedule is 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m, Monday through Thursday, with overtime on Fridays as needed.
