Ryder is hiring a Warehouse Material Handler in Phoenix, AZ for a temporary-to-permanent role. You will perform loading, picking, packing, shipping, and forklift operations with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Training is provided on the job, and safety is prioritized in a modern warehouse environment. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ year warehouse experience preferred, and a valid forklift license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year related warehouse experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
• Ability to work in a diverse environment.
• Punctual with good attendance.
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse tasks including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Operate within contract performance guidelines and maintain accuracy in picking/packing.
• Handle paperwork such as picking sheets, returns, and bills of lading.
• Support maintenance for automated packing systems during core production hours.
• Other duties as assigned.
