Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a proactive Warehouse Coordinator in Tualatin, OR. You will pick and prepare materials for the production line, perform cycle counts, and collaborate with assembly teams to resolve inventory and receiving matters.

You will unload vendor shipments, verify accuracy and damage, stage items for put-away, and operate a forklift up to 50 lbs daily. Comfort using hardware and handheld ERP software is required.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience preferred; training provided.
• Familiar with ERP/handheld devices used in the warehouse.

What You'll Do:

• Engage in Order Fulfillment:Pick and prepare materials for the production line, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Perform Cycle Counts:Keep our inventory in check with regular cycle counts and maintain order accuracy.
• Collaborate with Teams:Work closely with our assembly teams and other departments to resolve inventory and receiving matters.
• Receive and Verify Shipments:Unload vendor trucks, check incoming shipments for accuracy and damage, and receive materials into our ERP system.
• Stage and Organize:Ensure materials are staged for put away in the main warehouse.
• Operate Forklifts:Drive a forklift and lift up to 50 lbs daily as you help keep our warehouse running smoothly.

What We're Looking For:

• Education:High School diploma or GED.
• Experience:Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person. Prior sheet metal experience is helpful but not required.
• Tech-Savvy:Comfortable using hardware and handheld software to complete tasks in our ERP system.

Schedule:Monday-Thursday 5 AM-3:30 PM

Pay:$21-23 DOE to start with a potential raise upon conversion.
