Job summary

VSE Aviation is seeking a warehouse/storeroom associate to operate in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, steady movement, and meticulous attention to detail in inbound freight and parts handling.

You will work closely with the New Parts Storeroom Operations Supervisor, verify delivery notes, train staff, and help maintain a clean, safe facility while supporting company initiatives for excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work as part of a team in a high stress, fast paced environment.
• Must be a self-starter and able to work with minimal guidance.
• Must be highly motivated, detail oriented, organized and able to multi-task.
• Able to lift/move heavy items up to 50 lbs.
• Physically capable of frequent walking, standing and climbing.
• Careful handling of parts and adherence to safety rules.
• Knowledge of inbound freight process preferred.
• Ability to train personnel and verify OJT records in storeroom operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with New Parts Storeroom Operations Supervisor daily.
• Verify and process each Delivery Note against items present; escalate discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment by cleaning equipment and work area.
• Support all company initiatives to achieve high standards of work.
• Assist with inbound freight processes and storeroom operations.
