Responsibilities

• Material Issuance – Verify and issue materials for production and manage lot issuance.
• Inventory Control – Maintain accurate raw material counts and perform cycle counts.
• Raw Material Receiving – Ensure timely receiving and proper documentation.
• Material Handling – Load/unload shipments, palletize, and inspect products for GMP adherence.
• Assist Production – Support packaging preparation and related tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.

Lifecycle Biotechnologies, a TCP Analytical Company in the life science industry for 40 years, is looking for a Material Handler Specialist, based out of Cleburne, Texas.

About the Role

The Material Handler Specialist is responsible for issuance and movement of raw materials to production, inventory control, receiving of goods and materials, and associated documentation.

Responsibilities

• Material Issuance – Verify and issue materials for production, reconcile and return goods and products to the appropriate warehouse location; ensure accuracy and control over lot issuance and FIFO methodologies.
• Inventory Control – Maintain accurate inventory of raw materials and consumables and conduct cycle counts.
• Raw Material Receiving and Control – conduct accurate and timely receiving and maintain proper documentation, ensure proper material usage reconciliation, and maintain a tidy and organized receiving area.
• Material Handling – Load/Unload incoming and outgoing shipments, prepare and palletize product for shipment, move and organize raw materials, inspect finished products for quality and adherence to Good Manufacturing Processes, keep warehouse clean and organized.
• Assisting the Production team with packaging preparation.
• Other duties as assigned.
