Sealed Air Corporation in Streetsboro, OH is seeking a packaging/shipping associate for Morning Shift, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM on a rotating schedule. The role pays $23.00 per hour and involves packing bags for shipment and loading outbound trucks.

You will safely operate equipment, prepare labels, log shipments, and ensure accuracy of inbound/outbound materials. A strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills required.
• Computer literacy required.
• Demonstrate flexibility toward dynamic work environment.
• Follow 6S standards and Standard Work Practices.
• Demonstrate good attendance in current role.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Pack plastic bag products according to customers’ shipping specifications.
• Safely operate industrial equipment such as hand cart, powered forklift and stand up lift.
• Prepare shipping labels, weigh, and wrap products for shipment.
• Log shipment information into computer and mail paperwork to billing department.
• Unload trucks and verify inbound materials for accuracy or damage.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Shift Supervisor.
• Provide support services to other departments as needed.
