What You'll Do

• Observe and comply with safety, environmental, regulatory, and statutory requirements.
• Participate in needs analysis and attend scheduled training programs.
• Support continuous improvement activities and independent audits.
• Stop work if processes are suspect or defective to prevent further processing.
• Operate trucks and lifting apparatus, including moving levers and pedals.
• Position and transport loads using forks, lifting platforms, or hooks.
• Unload, stack, and inventory materials, recording weights as needed.
• Recharge batteries or replace liquefied gas tanks.
• Other duties as assigned.

When and Where

Current openings on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, M-F, at our Spartanburg, SC plant. Flexibility to work early, late, weekends, or overtime may be required to meet customer needs.

What You Need To Have

• Basic computer skills and safe driving ability.
• Strong organizational skills and high performance standards.
• Responsibility, thoroughness, and integrity.
• Conflict resolution skills and positive work relationships.
• Ability to support plant flow and adapt to change.
• Full-time availability, up to 12 hours per day, including weekends.
• Steel toe boots and hard hats required onsite.
• HS diploma or GED.

Experience

• At least one month of related experience or training, or equivalent education and experience.
