Job summary

SITE Staffing Inc. is seeking dependable Material Handlers for 2nd shift (4pm-12:30am) on our manufacturing floor in Muskego, WI. You will ensure materials are prepared and delivered to support sewing and production operations.

Candidates should be team-oriented, safety-conscious, able to read basic instructions in English, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The role involves lifting 25–50 lb and standing for long periods while operating various small machinery.

Qualifications

• 3–6 months of material handling or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read and understand basic instructions in English
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to lift and move 25–50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and working around machinery throughout the shift

Responsibilities

• Select and verify proper fabric colors, materials, and quantities using job cards and schedules
• Move and transport fabric and materials throughout the production floor using carts
• Assist sewing operators with fabric handling and setup
• Turn and stuff draft pads and assist in general production duties as needed
• Verify foam orders by size and date
• Operate machines including grommet, punching, heat-sealing, and guide stripe cutting equipment
• Cut fiberglass stays and chains to required lengths
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
