Bold + is seeking a Material Handler to move, store, and supply raw materials, components, and finished goods across the facility to support production flow. You will ensure materials are available where and when needed while upholding safety and accuracy.

The role requires operating forklifts/pallet jacks (as certified where applicable), following PPE protocols, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet daily goals. Four-day work weeks and shift premium are included in benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift during the shift.
• Lift up to 35 pounds regularly.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, noise, and welding fumes.
• Must wear required PPE.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Material Handler is responsible for moving, storing, and supplying raw materials, components, and finished goods throughout the manufacturing facility to support efficient production flow. This role ensures materials are available where and when needed while maintaining accuracy, organization, and safety standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Transport raw materials, components, and finished goods throughout the facility.
• Supply production areas with materials according to work orders and schedules.
• Load and unload materials manually or using material handling equipment.
• Verify materials for accuracy, damage, and proper identification.
• Stage materials for production, shipping, or storage as required.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and material movement documentation.
• Identify and report material shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or carts safely (if certified).
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with production, shipping, and receiving teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds regularly.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, noise, and welding fumes.
• Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
