Job summary

Hendrick Technical Solutions in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Material Handler for an on-site, 3:30pm-12:30am shift. You will manage material movement, warehouse replenishment, packaging for shipment and order picking to support production.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 2+ years in a warehouse, 1+ year in manufacturing, ERP system experience, and forklift certification or the ability to obtain it. Independent, organized, and detail-oriented with strong communication are valued.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload pallets for shelf storage.
• Manual shelf replenishment from backstock.

• Load/Unload trucks as needed.
• Operate forklift or pallet jack as needed.
• Cycle counting of inventory.
• Back-up coverage as needed.

The successful individual will be responsible for executing a range of responsibilities including management of material movement, warehouse replenishment, packaging of material for shipment, and order picking. The individual in this role will work directly with the inventory team to supply materials to the production environment as directed.
