Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED preferred.
• 1 year of experience in material handling equipment preferred.
• WMS experience preferred.
• OSHA10 certification preferred.
• A proven track record in safety excellence is required.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders.
• Meet department and production goals set by supervisor.
• Ensure product quality meets company and client expectations.
• Possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, cooperative attitude, strong attention to detail and can work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Move, store, and manage materials for transformers to ensure on-time shipments.
• Pull orders from inventory and stage finished stock for distribution.
• Locate materials using production orders and verify quantities.
• Document materials and records of units delivered and locations.
• Prepare finished stock for shipment by packing, loading, and crating.
• Maintain and inspect material-handling equipment before use.
• Operate forklifts or signal operators to move materials.
• Maintain clean inventory areas, loading zones, and machinery.
• Receive and inspect incoming materials for quality and quantity.
• Perform cycle counts and address inventory discrepancies.
• Assist with inventory control and audits.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly workstation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
