Job summary

Reliant Worldwide Plastics in Gainesville, TX seeks a Material Handler to manage raw materials for injection molding operations. This role requires moving materials, operating loaders and forklifts, and supporting production with accurate paperwork and inventory control.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
• Ability to read and follow instructions and bill of materials.
• Comfort with lifting up to 100 pounds and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Support molding production material requirements.
• Operate rotating mixer and add raw plastic pellets as instructed.
• Operate and feed used material into re-grinders.
• Carry material up and down a movable step ladders.
• Mix, blend dry and color raw materials in accordance with bill of material.
• Providing material and paperwork to production.
• Assemble and disassemble drying equipment for material change overs.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness of material during production runs.
• Maintaining inventory control.
• Forklift operation.
• Reports to work on time and adheres to lunch and break schedules.
• Complete special projects and perform other duties as assigned by management.
