Qualifications

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.

• Comfort with physical tasks – lifting, pushing, and moving up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Unload raw materials from rail cars, trucks, and pallets and move to silos or staging areas.
• Stage and blend materials for machines and ensure continuous production flow.
• Operate grinders, pelletizers, and separators and perform light maintenance tasks.
