Job summary

Adecco is partnering with a local client in Chippewa Falls, WI to fill roles in assembly, production, and material handling across all shifts. The positions offer hourly pay and multiple rotating shifts to cover 7am–7pm and 7pm–7am windows.

You will support central material handling systems, supply machines, and keep precise logs and inventories. The role requires basic math, strong attendance, safety focus, and ability to lift up to 55 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to safely transport raw materials and finished goods
• Effective communication with operators, technicians, and teams
• Basic math skills and time management
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office is a plus
• Ability to operate pallet jacks, forklifts, overhead crane

Responsibilities

• Verify proper operation of the central material handling system.
• Supply injection molding machines with the correct materials to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Mix resins and colorants according to production specifications.
• Complete logs, material labels, and inventory records accurately and legibly.
• Clean hoppers, dryers, grinders, and filters.
• Identify and resolve material flow or contamination issues quickly.
• Stage materials for the incoming shift.
• Maintain and clean central material handling system filters.
• Verify incoming raw materials match order quantities.
• Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.

Adecco is partnering with a local client in Chippewa Falls, WI to find reliable individuals for assembly, production, and material handling work across all shifts.

Pay: $18.50-$20.35/hr

Shift 1: 7am-7pm Sun, Mon, Tues + rotating Wed

Shift 2: 7pm-7am Sun, Mon, Tues + rotating Wed

Shift 3:7am-7pm Thurs, Fri, Sat + rotating Wed

Shift 4:7pm-7am Thurs, Fri, Sat + rotating Wed

Responsibilities

• Verify proper operation of the central material handling system.
• Supply injection molding machines with the correct materials to ensure uninterrupted production.

• Ability to safely and efficiently transport raw materials, resins, colorants, and finished goods throughout the facility.
• Effectively communicate with machine operators, mold technicians, Cell Leaders, and maintenance teams.
• Computer skills with Microsoft Office are a plus.
• Basic Math Skills.
• Effective time management.
• Ability to use the following equipment:
  • Hand and powered pallet jacks and forklifts in narrow spaces
  • Overhead crane.
• Ability to lift 55 lbs.
• Ability to work a 12-hour shift.
• Excellent attendance and safety record

Pay Details: $18.50 to $20.35 per hour
