Job summary

RRD is a leading global provider of marketing, packaging, print, and supply chain solutions seeking a Warehouse Operator in Michigan. You will palletize finished goods, ensure proper wrapping and labeling, and coordinate with the Logistics team to move products to their finish locations.

You will load and unload materials, operate various equipment, and monitor quality, output, and production goals while following safety policies and procedures. Overtime may be required to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to read and recognize printed address labels.

Responsibilities

• Prepare finished products per USPS standards and palletize correctly.
• Load/unload materials, perform basic machine setup, and troubleshoot as needed.
• Respond to machine indicators, clear jams, and address end-of-line errors.
• Support safety policies and participate in audits and internal controls.
• Train and support new and existing team members.
