Job summary

RRD is seeking an Operations Assistant in Michigan responsible for palletizing finished goods and ensuring stable, neat pallets. You will load, unload, and manage materials for multiple machines while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include basic machine setup, responding to indicators, and assisting with audits and team training. OT and benefits may apply as part of the compensation package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0-1 year related experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask, communicate clearly, and operate production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare finished products per USPS standards; recognize address labels and palletize finished goods accordingly.
• Load/unload materials, perform basic machine setup and operate controls; respond to indicators and clear jams.
• Support safety policies, audits, and maintain evidence of internal controls; perform assigned tasks as needed.
• Assist in training and supporting new and existing team members.
