Job summary

RRD is seeking a production associate responsible for palletizing finished goods and maintaining stable, neat pallets. You will load, unload, and manage material for the assigned machine units, operating equipment like 227, Alphaliner, and Ferag to meet quality and production goals.

Responsibilities include preparing finished products per USPS standards, adjusting machine components, and assisting new team members. Ongoing safety compliance and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Preferred).
• 0-1 year related experience (preferred).
• Ability to operate a pallet jack and perform basic material handling.

Responsibilities

• Palletize finished goods and ensure pallets are stable and neat.
• Load and unload materials, and perform basic machine setup and adjustments.
• Monitor equipment, respond to indicators, clear jams, and troubleshoot as needed.
