Key Responsibilities

• Maintain Min/Max levels for materials at operator stations of commonly used products.
• Pre-stage production orders in assigned areas for upcoming jobs.
• Transferring finished orders to shipping.
• Making all moves in ERP to mirror physical movements.
• Delivering raw materials and WIP to production areas.
• Picking up trash and dunnage from production areas and disposing of it in appropriate locations.
• Bringing proper boxes/packaging/supplies/bundling tape/etc. to the Production Teams.
• Report low or missing stock to supervisor or Manager.
• Comply with all company safety policies and procedures.
• Ensure the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) on the production floor.
• Adhere to established quality standards and processes.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the business unit.
• Follow work instructions provided by Supervisors and Managers.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve operational goals.
• Perform tasks efficiently and minimize waste of resources.

• Ability to work Night Shift, 7p-7a on a 3-2-2 schedule.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid forklift operator certification preferred, or willingness to obtain certification.
• Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting preferred.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Physical ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs.) and stand/walk for extended periods.
