Description

Susquehanna Printing Company is seeking a Part-Time Material Handler to join our team. The responsibilities include material handling, product stacking, packaging, distribution of pre-printed inserts and printed products, and feeding inserts into machines.

Shift Details:

• Day Shift: 20 hours/week, 10-hour shifts, available Thursdays and Fridays, 7am-5pm.
• Night Shift: 30-35 hours/week, 10-hour shifts, including Saturday and Sunday nights.

About Us

Essential Job Functions:

• Focus on safety and injury prevention.
• Use material handling equipment safely.
• Feed pre-printed materials into machines.
• Stack and prepare printed products for distribution.
• Build and load skids and bundles accurately.
• Operate stretch wrap machines.
• Maintain a sense of urgency and teamwork.

Additional duties include maintaining professionalism, effective communication, accuracy, cleanliness, and willingness to learn new skills.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Feeding experience required.

Preferred but not required: experience with forklifts, dollies, basic office equipment, and hand tools.
