Job summary

ADM is seeking a Material Handler in Monroe, OH to read pick sheets, load materials, perform shipping tasks, and participate in quality and safety procedures. The role requires experience in shipping, receiving, and logistics, plus forklift and barcoding skills.

Excellent attention to detail and teamwork are essential. Responsibilities include cycle counting, order verification, and handling paperwork, with training on DOT/IATA/IMDG where applicable and a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Shipping, Receiving and Logistics & Transportation.
• Bar-code experience
• Forklift (sit down) experience
• Basic math skills
• Basic computer skills (Word and Excel)
• Self-motivated & commitment to continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Apply seals to truck loads
• Gather paperwork for shipments
• Receiving good in and checking in to System
• Pulling samples for customers
• Perform blends and transfer
• Other duties as necessary
• Certified in OSHA 24HAZWOPER Initial – Contaminated Site Cleanup Training

• Other duties as necessary

Job Requirements

Physical Demands

• Able to stand, walk, lift, reach and bend throughout 8 hour shift.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds

ADM requires the successful completion of a background check.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.

If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

The pay for this position is expected to be:

$21.00-$22.00
