CS Power Systems, a division of Canadian Solar, is hiring a Material Handler for Jeffersonville, IN. The role centers on moving, storing, and staging materials in a 12-hour shift, supporting safe and accurate inventory handling and timely material flow.

The ideal applicant will have a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and a willingness to operate or learn forklift equipment. Prior warehouse experience is preferred and attention to detail is essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organized storage locations and support clean, safe 5S workplace.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with audits.
• Label and handle materials according to procedures.
• Monitor stock levels and replenish as needed.
• Communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.

This role supports daily operations by ensuring accurate inventory handling, timely material flow, and adherence to safety and quality standards during a 12-hour shift schedule.**Responsibilities include:*** Load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment.* Accurately pick, pack, and stage materials for production or shipment.* Receive incoming shipments and verify against purchase orders or documentation.* Perform inventory transactions using warehouse management systems (WMS) or handheld scanners.* Maintain proper material organization and storage locations.* Conduct cycle counts and assists with inventory audits.* Ensure materials are labeled, stored, and handled according to company procedures.* Monitor and replenish stock levels to support operational needs.* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (5S standards).* Follow all safety policies, including proper use of PPE and equipment operation.* Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments.* Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or process issues.* Support continuous improvement initiatives.* All other duties as assigned.**Qualifications:*** High school diploma or GED.* Repeatedly lift up to 50lbs* Previous warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience preferred.* Ability to operate or willingness to learn material handling equipment (forklift certification preferred).* Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems.* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.* Ability to adhere to instructions and work independently or within a team.**Compensation and Benefits:**CS Powertech offers a competitive salary plus fully comprehensive benefits and performance bonus package based on an annual objective achievement.
