Ivoclar Vivadent Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate - Material Handler in Somerset, NJ.

The role focuses on managing material requests, picking and delivering bulk materials to production staging areas, and leading batch kitting for production input. You will use SAP and inventory systems to manage batches and FEFO/FIFO, transfer materials to production lines, and ensure accurate labeling and storage of goods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ years of Warehouse, Logistics, or equivalent experience.
• Experience using inventory or warehouse management systems; SAP preferred.
• Good computer skills including MS Office; ability to communicate issues to manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage requests for materials via email, inventory systems, and Kanban.
• Pick bulk materials and deliver to staging areas securely.
• Lead batch kitting for material delivery into production.
• Use inventory systems to identify batches and FEFO/FIFO inventory.
• Move materials from staging to production lines and back to storage.
• Prepare and label raw materials for storage with correct quantities.
• Monitor and replenish stock at Kanban locations.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other equipment as needed.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory transactions in the system.
• Participate in daily department meetings and follow SOPs.
