Parker Hannifin is seeking a Material Handler in Wadsworth, OH to support receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping activities. The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork and safety in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping paperwork and adherence to LEAN and OSHA standards. The ideal candidate maintains quality and reliability while handling physical tasks daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with others and be a participative team player.
• Ability to adapt to changing roles and priorities.
• Must be able to regularly lift up to 25 lbs, intermittently to 40 lbs, and up to 75 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Open, separate and sort shipments from suppliers.
• Put parts away and assign part locators as needed.
• Support/maintain inventory accuracy.
• Ship orders domestically and export; using different methods and carriers.
• Pick, pack and label customer orders.
• Update inventory in the system and close related orders.
• Create shipping paperwork (bill of lading, invoices).
• Notify planning of part shortages.
• Operate pallet jacks and hand trucks.
• Maintain a neat, safe work area and participate in LEAN activities.
• Follow OSHA regulations and be an active team member.
