Job summary

Parker Hannifin - Parflex Division in Ravenna, OH is seeking a Warehouse Associate to handle receiving, storage, and distribution of raw materials and finished products for production and shipment. You will verify quantities, weigh shipments, and maintain accurate inventory in a fast-paced environment.

You will also pick and pull orders, prepare shipments, and support production by supplying materials while following safety rules and OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials safely.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
• Read invoices and purchase orders to verify quantities and lot codes.
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors.
• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times.

Responsibilities

• Receive all incoming raw materials, hoses, fittings, and supplies and verify quantities.
• Weigh incoming shipments and repackage pallets for safe storage.
• Store items in designated locations and maintain organized racks.
• Pick and pull orders based on shipping instructions and final inspection.
• Prepare shipments with labels and secure pallets for transport.
• Process receipts and stock transfers in the inventory system.
• Support production by supplying work-in-process materials.
• Operate motorized vehicles and perform routine safety checks.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and comply with OSHA standards.
