Job summary

C-P Flexible Packaging is seeking a Material Handler for the 1st shift in Buffalo, NY. You will unload/load trucks, manage warehouse materials, and assist with shipping preparations.

The role requires forklift and pallet jack experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to read a tape measure. Strong teamwork and adherence to SOPs are essential to maintain safe operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Unload/Load trucks and manage warehouse materials.
• Drive Box Truck between warehouses/buildings.
• Maintain and count inventory for finished goods and warehouse materials.
• Pull and stage products for shipping.
• Paletize boxes and rolls of film.
• Wrap pallets.
• Keep work and surrounding areas clean and safe.
• Work in a team environment.
• Commit to SOPs and department SOPs, including health & safety, SQF and GMP guidelines.

1st Shift, Monday to Friday from 8am to 4:30pm

$17.00/hour

Job Functions & Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Unloading/Loading trucks, warehouse materials and outbound shipment
• Driving Box Truck between warehouses/buildings
• Maintaining and counting inventory for finished goods and warehouse materials
• Pulling and staging products for shipping
• Palletizing boxes and rolls of film
• Wrapping pallets
• Keeping work and surrounding areas clean and safe
• Work in a team environment
• Must comply with all general Company-wide standard operating procedures (SOP’s) and any job or department specific SOP’s
• SOP’s may cover the area of (but are not limited to):
  • Employee Health & Safety
  • SQF (Safe Quality Food packager) and GMP (good manufacturing procedures) focused on eliminating contaminates in all packaging manufactured
