Job summary

C-P Flexible Packaging is hiring a Material Handler for the Night Shift. This role operates a stand-up forklift, loads and unloads trucks, and ensures materials are available to production in a timely manner.

Preferred candidates have stand-up forklift experience, basic computer skills, and a valid driver's license. Our benefits include paid vacation, holidays, 401(k) with company match, and medical coverage. Night shift runs 6pm–6am in a 2/2/3 rotation.

• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, email).
• Good communication and accuracy in fast-paced environments.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Ability to read and understand a production schedule.

Pay starting from $20-24/hour depending on experience
Night Shift: 6pm-6am 2/2/3 rotation

Job Functions & Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)

Qualifications

• Basic computer knowledge & skills – Word, Excel, Outlook email, ERP software
• Ability to work accurately in a fast paced, changing environment
• Good communications skills.
• Must be able to work well under sometimes stressful work conditions.
• Must possess a valid driver's license
• Prior stand-up forklift experience required.
• Knowledge of warehousing and bar-coding systems is a plus

Physical Demands

• Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods of times. (consistently)
• Must be able to move and lift up to 40 lbs. (intermittently)
