Job summary

C-P Flexible Packaging is hiring Machine Operators for our 10-hr Night Shift.

Starting pay is $20-24/hour depending on experience, plus a $1.25/hr night shift differential. Schedule is Monday-Thursday, 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM, with overtime on Fridays as needed. Join a stable manufacturing team with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Operating machinery
• Complete tasks within adequate time limits, meet daily goal/scheduled needs
• Tearing down and setting up jobs
• Loading and unloading of product
• Interpret and understand written information (work orders, SOP, tickets, etc.)
• Palletization and bagging
• Keeping work and surrounding areas clean and safe
• Work in a team environment
• Must comply with all general Company-wide standard operating procedures (SOP’s) and any job or department specific SOP’s
• SOP’s may cover the area of (but are not limited to):
• Employee Health & Safety
• SQF (Safe Quality Food packager) and GMP (good manufacturing procedures) focused on eliminating contaminates in all packaging manufactured
