Job summary

Johnson Controls in Wisconsin is hiring for a warehouse roles that operates 1st shift from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday to Friday with overtime as needed. The position pays $23.57–$24.82 per hour and requires a HS diploma or equivalent with 2 years of warehousing and Power Industrial Vehicle experience.

Proficiency in WMS applications, strong organizational abilities, and effective communication with team members and internal customers are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in warehousing and Power Industrial Vehicle Operation.
• Proficiency in WMS applications and basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills are required.
• Must have strong organizational skills and be detail and goal orientated.
• Required to follow the directions and policies of the department and have the ability to communicate effectively with team members and internal customers.
• There will be long hours of standing and bending.
• Lifts up to 40lbs in some material handler's duties.
• Must be flexible with work schedule, including overtime and weekends, to meet customer demands.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and ship parts according to SAP shipping procedures and work instructions.
• Required to use a RF Scanner.
• Load and unload materials in warehouse and receive materials into assigned storage bin.
• Accurately loads and safely moves materials to ensure timely and complete deliveries.
• Supporting the training and development of peers within the organization.
• Other projects/work as assigned by supervisor.
