Job summary

Advance Services Inc. is seeking a Material Handler to support warehouse operations in Wisconsin. You will move materials, load/unload freight, and prepare orders for shipment in a fast-paced environment.

You should be able to lift 10–50 lbs, stand for long shifts (10–12 hours), and work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed. RF scanners will be used for inventory and order processing, with emphasis on safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift 10–50 lbs.
• Stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for 10–12 hour shifts; bend, reach, crouch.

Responsibilities

• Move materials manually or with hand trucks within the facility.
• Load and unload freight, pallets, and finished goods.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Label, sort, and stage products according to requirements.
• Verify accuracy of orders and inspect for damage.
• Use RF scanners for inventory tracking and order processing.
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow all safety procedures.
