Job summary

Rheem Manufacturing Company in Madison, WI is seeking a full-time Material Handler. You will pull product for customer orders using an RF scanning gun, stage orders, and load trucks while maintaining safety and space efficiency. This role may serve as a backup driver as needed.

The position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, operate RF scanners, and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Overtime may be required and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Able to operate RF scanner and basic warehouse equipment.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pull orders accurately for daily deliveries using an RF scanner.
• Stage orders according to truck location and verify pallet accuracy.
• Load trucks for daily and special deliveries.
• Recognize damaged product and take appropriate action.
• May operate a forklift or other warehouse machinery.
• Assist customers and drivers in loading materials into vehicles.
• Work as a team as well as individually.
• Perform housekeeping duties and other duties as assigned.
