Job summary

Schaeffler is seeking a warehouse/logistics associate in Wooster, Ohio. You will perform loading/unloading, prepare product deliveries, and support internal transports across production plants. The role requires basic IT skills and the ability to lift heavy objects, with prior logistics experience a plus.

Your Key Responsibilities

Execute loading and unloading of goods and manage the respective documentation

Prepare deliveries of products and tours for drivers

Deliver raw materials and goods to designated location in the plants

Deconsolidate, re-pack, store, retrieve and execute internal transports

Pick, pack and label different goods e.g. raw material, components, semi-finished-products, finished products, trading goods etc.

Track and overview products and transports in the IT system

Follow all safety and production rules and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times

Your Qualifications

Required:

High school diploma or GED equivalent

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English

Basic computer knowledge and MS office skills

Ability to regularly lift heavy objects if required

Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship

Preferred:

Multiple years of experience in logistics, preferably in a manufacturing environment

Experience working with IT & SAP systems

Ability to operate transportation machinery

Salary Range: Add salary range here
